My next motto : Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear.
Just came back from church ! Got struck by a story fr fernado said;
There's this guy who is dreaming he was talking to the lord. And scenes of his memories flash across him. And in all of his happy memories, he saw 2 sets of footprints, one belong to him,and the other belong to the lord. But in all of his sad and down memories, he only saw 1 set of footprints. So he stopped and ask God " You said you will never leave me, and that you love me, then how come I only see one set of footprints on the days when I am feeling devasted and down. Why did you leave me all alone when i needed you most?! God replied " My precious precious child. I love you so much. How would I ever abandon you. The reason why you saw only one set of footprints was because I was carrying you up"
This story really struck me. Whenever we are hit with a problem, we doubt his presence and question him. But we never realise that he is always here for us, and carrying us up whenever we are in trouble. All he ask for is to call out to him and ask him for help. But all the time, we just doubt and question his love.
Anyway I actually dragged victoria and aaron to scrutatio tomorrow. And they agreed ! Yay((: It's gonna be a long day for me tomorrow. Better go catch some early sleep today ! Goodnight people <3
